Vendor Warranty Terms: Nuovaluce Device is warranted for 5 years from the date of purchase, protected from defects that occur due to faulty materials of craftsmanship. At the discretion of Nuovaluce, its unit will be replaced at no charge if a defect is reported by notifying Nuovaluce during the active warranty period of 5 years. Covered under the warranty are working parts that relate to the device's function. However, NOT covered are accidents caused by misuse or neglect or cosmetic wear and tear. The warranty is voided if the user attempts to dismantle the Nuovaluce Device unit or its accessories. Dependable evidence is required at the time of the claim and must be within the 5 year warranty.
